Shipping + Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS (domestic) and USPS International Mail, as this is the most inexpensive method to get your package to you in 1-3 business days, which includes Saturday. You will receive an email stating that your order has been received. You will also receive a second email from PayPal indicating that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. Click here to to track your package. Please note that ILoveMyFro.com will not be responsible for custom fees associated with International Shipments. At this time, our current order processing time is 1-10 business days from the date the order was placed; weekend, holidays, severe weather and unforeseen circumstances are exempt from processing time. Please note that orders placed during sales, may take between 3-15 business days to process and ship. In the event of high peak periods, we will update the website with our expected processing times.

OUR SHIPPING FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Orders are sent Priority Mail through the USPS
- Packages are delivered in 1-3 business days, including Saturday delivery
- A tracking number
- Packages are insured for up to $50.
- UPS and FedEx domestic shipping fees range from $20 to $40 for the above services
ILoveMyFro.com is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during transit by USPS. In order to get shipping damages rectified, a claim will need to be filed directly with USPS.
To ensure that your damaged, lost or stolen order is replaced, choose Shipping w/Insurance for orders $50 or more at checkout. This service is provided by the USPS.
Please be aware that all sales are final, but we will exchange any unused or undamaged item within 5 days of its purchase. Sorry no refunds. The shipping fee for the exchange is the customers responsibility. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. ILoveMyFro will absorb the shipping cost for an incorrect item and for an item that is damaged at the fault of ILoveMyFro.
